Duxara currently offers shipping within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options and any applicable shipping restrictions will be displayed during checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.

• Dispatch confirmation: Where applicable, we will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

• Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by high order volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated standard UK delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing time is separate from delivery time. The total time between placing your order and receiving it includes both processing and transit.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your delivery address, courier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances that may affect transportation.

We will keep you informed of any significant delivery issues where reasonably possible.
